The distinguishing feature of Vaulion’s caliber VJ310 is its size. Notable from the outside but especially so from the inside. Its hand-wound mechanical movement, slightly larger than usual, is composed of 193 parts carefully designed, decorated and assembled by the finest craftsmen of the Vallée de Joux.

Like other Joseph Chevalier movements, the caliber VJ310 is certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). This certification is reserved for high-precision watches meeting the seven criteria for demonstrating their efficacy and accurate time measurement.
